Privacy and cookie notice
How the data of visitors to this website are processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Last updated: 22 October 2026. In case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
1. Data controller
Giuseppe Occhipinti – GOES Giuseppe Occhipinti Existing Structures, Via Ottorino Respighi 34, 97100 Ragusa (Italy), VAT no. IT01335650881. Email: info@giuseppeocchipinti.it · Certified email (PEC): giuseppe.occhipinti2@ingpec.eu.
2. Browsing data
Like any website, the server hosting these pages automatically logs some technical data about requests: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system. They are used only to run the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR), are not used to identify visitors and are kept for the period set by the hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor on servers in the European Union.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The public pages of this site do not use cookies and contain no analytics, advertising or profiling tools, nor any third-party content: even the fonts are hosted on the site itself. The browser only remembers the chosen visual style (Paper or Blue) in its local storage (goes-stile); this technical setting stays on your device, is not sent to anyone and can be deleted from your browser settings. This is why the site does not show a consent banner.
The restricted OMA/SHM area, on the other hand, uses two technical cookies (sign-in and language) and collects registration data: these are described in its own notice.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you write to the email address or call the numbers shown, the data you provide (name, contact details, content of the message) are used only to reply to you and, if an assignment follows, for pre-contractual and contractual purposes (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). They are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in the case of an assignment, for the periods required by law.
5. External links
The site contains links to other websites (for example publications, professional profiles, partner companies). Following them takes you to sites with their own privacy notices, for which the controller is not responsible.
6. Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, or object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the addresses in section 1. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
